Avagy miért jó, ha sablonosan kezelünk mindent a supportnál??

Először a kérdés amit intéztem az iTunes Supporthoz:

Dear iTunes Support,

i have a podcast in the store approved with the right image tag in it (600x600 ".jpg" file)when i subscribe for testing i can't see the artwork anywhere, but it's displayed correctly in the iTunes Store

what should i do with the feed?it's the "Destination Unknown Podcast by Reb"http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=281576788

Röviden van egy rendes elfogadott podcastom az iTunes Store-ban amire ha feliratkozom, akkor az iTunes nem mutatja az artworkot, vagyis a képet amit egyébkéntn az iTunes Store remekül mutat. (Ezt mondjuk sztem csak a mac-esek értik, hogy miért probléma meg, hogy miért kell egyáltalán ilyen…..)

Erre jött a válasz:

Én elhiszem, hogy nem egyszerű a probléma és sokkal egyszerűbb egy sablon szart visszaküldeni, de ha már ahhoz nem értesz amit csinálsz, legalább ezt a szájbavert angol nyelvet értenéd! Azt nem is említem, hogy a nevemet elírta.
